Non-flat and inconsistent styles in Firefox OS #9470

Buttons don't look flat:
firefoxos-btn

And there are inconsistencies between tags:
firefoxos-btn2

Some inputs (inner shadows):
firefoxos-inputs

Collapsed navbar toggler (non-flat):
firefoxos-navbar

If there's not time to solve this issues for 3.0, a note should be added to the Starting Guide, as the ones for Internet Explorer and Safari.
