When testing the v16.1 Foddsoft appliance release I noticed this message when running the inithooks:

WARNING: redis is not installed, so Resque is using inline method.  (not recommended for production)

As such, I suggest that we include Redis and adjust config as neccessary.

There is no value addressing this until #1982 can be resolved.

I'm closing this for now, but it should be reopened if/when #1982 is addressed.
