Create a Database Snapshot/Dump

assume i have installed aws plugin.
is it possible to create a database snapshot/dump that includes all aws tables including all the data in them? if so, then how? (excluding steampipe_export_aws)

@electriquo one way to do this: create tables in the postgres public schema. for example:

create table aws_s3_bucket_2024_07_29 as select * from aws_s3_bucket

From there you can do a postgres dump, or export to csv, etc.

However this only works for table that don't require qualifiers (e.g. in a where clause) as many do. For those you'd need to construct bespoke queries to capture whatever subset you need.
