[BUG] Review popover stays in same position #814

Describe the bug:

If a user clicks on a reaction before the content is loaded, the review popover stays in position

Expected Behavior

Popover should stay close to the reaction button that was clicked

Current Behavior

Review popover persists when clicked before content is loaded

Steps to reproduce

Click on a video from the /learn page
Before the content loads, click one of the reactions (like/dislike)
