Goal

To find out the cause of declining usage and what we should improve next

Finding

• All participants finds /leli is very useful for everyday needs and a really cool feature
• While /leli is useful, it is not easy to use because we should type manually
• /quote becomes favorite because it is easy to use and has interesting contents
• Participants need Tululbot to become more interactive.
• One of the requested feature is quiz.
• Participants find that currently Tululbot is being abused and give out spamming effect which hinder the socialization between Tulul members because everyone is too busy using the bot.
• Participants want Tululbot to become a bot that supports interactivity among Tulul members for the purpose of “nulul bareng".

Recommendation

• (P0) Update quotes database in CDN should have higher priority (Implement Live Reload Quote Engine #30, bener gak ya?).
• (P1) implement "delay feature” to tululbot especially for /quotes . Next question: Do we need to implement different delay rules for each feature? How long is the delay?
• (P1) Improve information retrieval algorithm in /leli. Currently, /leli sometimes gives out an unhelpful response. It needs better information parsing (or whatever it is called 😆 )
• (P2) scoring Tulul quotes (Scoring for Tulul Quotes Single Random Retrieval #36) should have higher priority
• (P2) Create another way to use /leli just like imagebot so users could use /leli with single click without the need to type /leli manually.
• (P2) Response in /leli “Jangan ngeleli! Googling dong..” should be improved so it comes out more friendly but still “Tulul"
• (long term) Implement quiz feature that encourage discussion among Tulul members. Should prevent as much as possible the interaction which makes it seems like we only interact with the bot. Suggested concept (additional to the mufid’s concept): treat command /answer just like imagebot and future /leli. Need command to retrieve the recent opened question.
