gomuks is being rewritten and will include a web client

The internals of gomuks are being rewritten to be more performant and generally better in every way. The new version is initially being developed with a web frontend, but the terminal frontend will be re-added eventually too. For any questions about the new version of gomuks, join #gomuks:maunium.net

Most old issues will be closed, except some feature requests that can still be applied to the new gomuks.
