Allow for up- / download limitation of torrent

As I see it, vigilio uses qbittorrent as a torrent backend. It would be nice if we could pass in up/download rate limitation.

Yes, it is using qbittorrent. Qbittorrent is available at http://localhost:8080 with the docker installation. There you can set any limit and change any other options as you see fit. Would this be enough for your needs or is there any other reason you think adding this feature baked into vigilio beneficial?
