More info for typing results?

Hello,

thanks for your great tool and for the recent updates :)

While working on some Listeria isolates, I have noticed that the schema folder includes, beyond the ST info that is actually included in the output, CC and lineage info as well. But those are not included in the output and that would be highly beneficial! Is there any way (or any plan) to include it?
