Hello, I ran ABRicate using the card and vfdb databases for a group of S. agalactiae isolates and I am looking over the results for both. My question is for the GAPS column it mainly shows 0/0 but in some it gives me dates like 1/9/2022, why are some of the isolates giving dates and what does 0/0 mean? Any insight would be appreciated.
