No "Figure 6" in Section 5.3: Direct Neighbor Relationship and Routing

In Section 5.3 Direct Neighbor Relationship and Routing we have

This assumption also applies to neighbor relationships between intermediaries P and Q, and between endpoint B and its intermediary Q, as shown in Figure 6.

and then

Figure 6: Direct neighbor relationships

Looks like a figure was supposed to be here but wasn't included.

Note that this is different from issue #15 (images not working) which I fixed in PR #19 . There was only one image in that directory and I don't think it was meant for Figure 6 listed here. Figure 6 seems to be missing from the codebase as well as from the generated spec.
