We need to define what the structure of the TrustRegistryMetadata (just Metadata?) object should be.

Suggestions:

Minimize the structure - we are getting feedback from various places that indicates others may take lead here.
allow arbitrary data (JSON) to handle the inevitable churn.

Bareminimum:

EGFURI
LastUpdatedTime
???
