VC Data Model has a Proof component here: https://www.w3.org/TR/vc-data-model-2.0/#integrity-of-related-resources, which is a little different than how we specified, but maybe we should use this instead.

Proof may be optional. Need to iron out use cases for why proof is required on profiel document.
