quests wont complete

Modpack version: delta hotfix 4
Minecraft version: 1.20.1 forge
Is on server: yes hosted on foxomy
Modifications done: none other than modpack
Description: the quest for kinetic ore factory and large barrel say they are at 100% but wont let me complete them. I can still play the game without quests but it is a little annoying. My friend on the server has the same issue. all prerequisites for the quest are completed. I did not have an issue with the coke oven or the primitive blast furnace. Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong? Also i think the discord server invite on the curseforge page has expired

the gray checkmark means you did not unlock all dependencies for the quest

all the dependencies are unlocked though, or am i missing something obvious

nope, click on the quest and click on the top left arrow

that doesnt really help i have the coke oven quest done but its still a grey checkmark for the newer quests

i think its just a problem with the server host or something because it works in a singleplayer world i give up
