What do we expect the weave plugin to do if it fails

Right now it's not clearly defined what the weave plug-in should do when either .weave or .unweave fails.

At the very minimum we should ensure that the promise returned is rejected, but what should be done with other components once done?

My initial thought about this is that we should publish the error on the hub. This would make it easy to tap into application errors. On top of that we should reject (but I think we already do that)
