highlight the changed part of the timestamp

A possible rendering feature might be to highlight the changed part of the @timestamp compared to the previous log record. This might help show if there is a significant time gap. For example:

[2021-04-06T21:25:34.688Z] TRACE (on pink.local): ref client sockets and end client beforeExit
[2021-04-06T21:25:44.691Z] TRACE (on pink.local): completePart intakeRes

This could show that there was a 10s gap here. "Highlighting" here could instead be to gray out all but the changed part of the timestamp.
