feat: GDPR data request for users

Summary

As per GDPR, you have a right to request all your data, that including everything stored in the database regarding you.
Currently there is no direct way for users, to file such a request without manual exportation of the data by an administrator, which is a time consuming task and admins may now have the time or technical knowledge to do so.

I would like to provide an option to users for doing so in an automated manner with a exports being possible every 7 days.
