I'm not sure when this started showing up, but in ./lib/util.js the module 'call' is being required — but it's not in the dependencies, anywhere.

I'm assuming this is the hapijs/call module — but I'm not using hapi.

call should be added as a dependency, it shouldn't be assumed that hapijs is being used.
