This version will contain incompatible API changes.
OCE 0.3.0 - no date planned
Remove all build systems but CMake.
OCE 0.2.0 - release planned on May, 3rd 2011
Add a CMake-based build system.
OCE 0.1.0 - released on April, 20th 2011
Initial version, tested on Windows (Visual, Borland and Mingw compilers), Mac OSX and Linux (GNU Autotools).
