Weekly Scraping Frequency changes every month

Every month, the scraping time changes to a different day. Sometimes running in too short of a timespan between months, so it is not actually running weekly, but weekly relative to the start of the month, resetting every month. I believe this is a bug.

The downsides of this are

1. Having to pay money for the scraping service over occasional shorter intervals.
2. Having inconsistent metric measurement durations, particularly for analyzing the exported data each week.
