Well this needs lots of work but is possible. My api uses youtube-dl to get this info. Eg:

https://api.videokit.io/v1/info?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DC0DPdy98e4c

url field should point to the direct mp4 without any adverts
