Don't let users ignore global stuff #38

Nothing in this folder should be available. Instead, when someone goes to add OSX at least throw a warning and redirect them here.

It's bad practice.

I agree that it's bad practice, but not that it shouldn't be available. There is probably a good middle ground to generate .gitignore_global files without blocking users from having access to templates. What if when they add a file that should be in global, it opens up two links, one for the .gitignore_global templates and one for the .gitignore templates? I could also have the download link have two files.

That'd be great. Hell, even a warning modal would be great so I'd love to see gitignore.io produce .gitignore_global files as well. 👍 @joeblau

I added documentation on the help page to help users create a ~/.gitignore_global directory.
