Issue Title
Search for "NULL Value" in "Case Studies" page

Device
Desktop PC

Operating System
Windows 10

Browser
Microsoft Edge

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://www.topcoder.com/'
  2. Click on "Enterprise"
  3. Click on "Case Studies"
  4. Click on search without entering any value i.e. No value
  5. Check if search is performed or not.

Expected behavior
Should not try to Search if "No Value" is entered in search box

Actual Result
Able to search if "No Value" is entered in search box
