Migration plan for API V3

Hey toorop, loving the library, I've been using it for a while now for my projects, and I would love to keep using it, so let's collab on this new email by jimmy.

Bittrex says: API v1.1 will be discontinued on 2020-09-30.

What should be done to migrate this library to API v3?

I have forked this repository and started working on API v3 upgrade. Is there any considerations I should make to create the PR? @toorop

Currently, I'm keeping the same methods, just updating URL's and replacing V3 response models.
