bug in godep save

can not run godep save and godep update

I had to remove Godeps/Godeps.json , then run godep save again.

for x/net and x/crypto I've had to do

go get -u golang.org/x/net/...
godep update golang.org/x/net/...

then go get and godep seem to work fine. Its something to do with the way these packages are setup and I think not particular to godep
