Description

Changes:

  • Update issue template to:
    • Disallow blank issues
    • Require minimal reproduction for issues (close if not provided)
    • Provide links to Stack Overflow and GitHub discussions
  • Enable issue helper
  • Enable checks for semantic pull requests
  • Enable GitHub sponsors
