Description

Pasting text that contains carriage returns / paragraphs into a text block with 'P' tag inserts br tag between paragraphs rather than creating multiple text blocks

Steps to reproduce

copy text from a browser or word document that contains paragraph breaks and paste into a text block with p tag
e.g. from here: https://generatepress.com/generateblocks-2-0-a-new-era/
copy the first two paragraphs

  1. pasted into text block with P tag:

gb2-text-paste-1

  1. pasted into paragraph block - it creates two paragraph blocks

gb2-text-paste-2

Expected behavior

Should create multiple text blocks for each paragraph

Actual behavior

Retains one Text block and inserts 'br' tag between paragraphs.
