Describe the issue
So i tried to uninstall but my device unexpectedly after it said rebooting libatomic. It got stuck but then I got it back and then I tried to uninstall again. But this time the uninstall stops before it even begins because wget can't get opkg.

To Reproduce
I wouldn't even know because of the crash.

Expected behaviour
It would uninstall the remaining packages.

@onecseven now that OS 3.2.3.1595 support has been added to toltec. Are you still having the same issue while doing an uninstall with the latest copy of toltecctl?
