Describe the issue
rmfakecloudctl does not have tab completion available.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Install rmfakecloud-proxy
  2. Type in rmfakecloudctl and then hit tab
  3. Bash will try to complete with files in the current directory

Expected behaviour
It should complete with valid options for rmfakecloudctl
