we disabled @typescript-plugin/unbound-method in 5a83af5

unfortunately we didn't document what buggy is specifically

in the future, we would like to enable this rule, but we need to see if we notice anything 'buggy' about it

keep an eye also on improvements of this rule starting version 2.8.0 in their changelog:
https://github.com/typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint/blob/master/packages/eslint-plugin/CHANGELOG.md
