There are many glossaries around over the internet that are not using TEv2 tools, but of which it is conceivable that an MRG is somehow generated, so that they from then on can be used within a TEv2-tooling context. Examples include NIST, ISO, W3C, etc. glossaries.

This issue calls for a way in which to import such glossaries and converting them into TEv2 MRG format. This could be done, e.g., with an MRGT extension, an MRG-Import extension, or a new tool.

When extending the MRGT or MRG-Import, it has to be checked that when the functions are called without a specification of the glossary, which means: make/import them all, things don't go wrong.
