Describe the bug
Jazz Installation with Sonar module enabled – apparently installed a Jazz version which is not fully functional. On-boarding flow works as expected but the deployment flows are failing (not even being triggered)

To Reproduce
Install Jazz with Sonar module enabled.

Installation will get stuck if you didn't open port 9000. That is where SonarQube UI runs.
After installation, we are able to access Jenkins UI, Jazz UI, GitLab UI. But SonarQube UI is down. Also created services using Jazz are stuck at creation started status.

@francis-ve Please open a separate issue for those errors, those NPM error logs have nothing to do with the OP's issue or Sonarqube.
