Need a few extra things in the config.jl path

Beyond definitions and newcommands a user might want to use config.md for general references [..]:...; there should be a path to allow them to do this so that config.jl fully maps to config.md.

(needs some sort of formal check of everything that can be done in config.md that it has a counterpart in config.jl)
