Lastest Ventura question

I am a novice. There may be some problems during the installation process
When I install, I directly download the latest system in release, copy the EFI in it to my boot USB flash drive, and put the downloaded dmg file into the root directory of the USB flash drive. I don't know whether these preparations are correct

1. The installation has successfully entered the macos system, but it seems that the keyboard, touchpad and touch screen do not work
2. So I restarted. After restarting, I could not enter the system. A circular prohibition symbol and "support. apple. com/mac/startup" appeared on the screen
