What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Serialize float.NegativeInfinity
2. Deserialize as -Infinity

Expected: deserialized float.NegativeInfinity

Version: 3.1.1.279, Windows 7 64 bit

I see that I had some tests that had -Infinity commented out, not sure why.  
I'll take a look and see what's going on there.
