I think it is important to get a clear answer on the question whether this is project being maintained or not, and if not, could we transfer it to the codeclimate-community organization so that we can have someone else taking over the maintenance of it?

As a matter of fact, I'm currently not using TypeScript for my work and don't have enough time to continue this project. If it's possible could you move it to the community? Sorry for my late response.
