Test loading multi-channel and multi-time point

I refactored and improved my code such that I should in principle be able to read multi-channel and multi-timepoint data.
Would you have examples for me?

How do I get the four Strings needed to access them?
Endpoint, SigningRegion, Bucket, Key?
