Transfer base16-sioyek?

Hi, I maintain base16-sioyek, would you be interested in transferring it to this org? Or should I open a PR to add it to the template list in the readme?

Hey @loiccoyle, I've just sent you an invite to the tinted-theming org under the team @tinted-theming/sioyek. Once you've accepted the invite, you should be able to transfer the repo across, once that is done I'll set the tinted-theming/sioyek team to maintain that repository, add the bot token for building and things should be mostly set up.
