Support for .NET 6

Breaking:

  • Targets both netstandard2.1 and net6.0.
  • TimeZoneAttribute will make use of the TimeZoneInfo support for IANA when targetting net6.0 and the TimeZoneConverter library/dependency will not be installed.

Other:

  • Additional nullability changes to support expected behaviour especially in net6.0
