For now, the script can't set policies for assets. This should be easy to implement, but i haven't got time to do it yet.

Hi,
as the core developer of the FSG at Fujistu I may offer some hints, helps or even hidden operations (add/remove assets, terminate remote sessions, smart poll etc). They are based on a SOAP interface the device offers.

There is a SOAP interface? Thats great news! My approach is pretty dirty. Is there any information available, @onkelDad?

The interface is not offically documented. The SOAP interface vary in some details (properitary HTTP headers) from industrial standard, because the backline technics inside FSG was not build up to support it. I did implement a C# based cli on customer request which looks very similar to yours. The payload is also in an obscure XML format, but I did setup a WSDL file I may offer. Interrested?

Sure. Using a WSDL is a more cleaner way than the HTML-Parsing of the Web UI i am using today. :)

just to feet my curiosity - how did you get in touch with FSG? It's for commercial use only and needs support contract with FTS, I guess

Thank you. I will take a look at it :)
I dont use FSG for my personal use. The company i work for as a fulltime employee is using FSG and mainly Fujitsu hardware with support contracts.
