tb.account.count data incorrect for some IM accounts

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1702035 for the details of fixing the bug in Thunderbird, the data that was / is reported to us is invalid though and it would be nice to fix it in post, mostly to reduce the number of account types we see on the website.

Any idea how we would do this? Could some of the Python scripts do this when aggregating data?

There's like other ones in there too, but I'm guessing the list is limited on the total number it will show.
