What would be the best for operation ?
(1) save image and upload it to the workflow's "artifacts"
or
(2) publish image in https://github.com/orgs/threefoldtech/packages using ghcr.io

Using ghcr.io is the preferred way lately, most repo's already switched from docker hub to ghcr.io
