Please Plugin can't configure rootPath for Please Language Server #39

Please Plugin submits the workspace directory as the rootPath to Please Language Server without the option to override. The default workspace path may be a parent of the top-level or even default please build directory desired for use in that workspace. Being able to specify the path to the Please root independently of the workspace is required to make the plugin work in this case.
