Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I came upon a similar project https://github.com/Excentis/impairment-node that offers a feature that might be interesting for this project too: it has the possibility to exclude network management packets from impairment (dhcp, icmp and arp traffic)

Describe the solution you'd like

I would think a command line switch for activating this exclusion would be nice

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are no alternatives. The only viable one is the current state: impair all traffic regardless of its intended purpose

Additional context

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
