Browser Mod 2.0 - Old issue purge

Hi.

I've just released Browser Mod 2.0.
That's an almost complete rewrite of Browser Mod from the ground up.

Since so much have changed, I believe several old open issues are no longer relevant and have closed many of them.

Please try the latest release, and if you are still experiencing problems let me know and I'll reopen your issue.
