Fitness Trend does not work when activity history starts with non-compatible workouts

Describe your environment

• Plugin version: 6.1.0 Stable
• Chrome/Opera/Chromium version: 65.0.3325.181 64-bit
• OS version: Windows 10

Describe the problem:

Strava activity history starts with almost 2 years of non-compatible workouts (no power or HR data). However, the last 8 months (~August 2017 to current) has power data, yet the Fitness Graph is not able to differentiate the compatible activities from the non-compatible activities.

Steps to reproduce:

1. have several months of no HR or power data before several months of power-only data
2. sync data to StravistiX
3. "Your history is not supported by this feature"

Expected Behavior:

• Fitness Graph still generates but ignores non-compatible activities or treat them as 0 TSS
