  • Plugin version: 6.0.3 (Chrome) or 6.0.1 (Opera)
  • Chrome/Opera/Chromium version: Chrome 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • OS version: MacOS 10.13.3

Everything works great except for the fitness trend. I tried Chome and Opera for MacOS, Windows (10) and ElementaryOS (0.4.1). In all but Chrome & Windows my fitness trend doesn't show today's activity or stress data. Everything (athlete data) is synced.

I also tried in chrome 65 and windows 10 pro 64bits.
I'm not able to reproduce :/

Did you tried with a reinstalled version of chrome? Disable others plugins (You can try this by create a new chrome user) ?

On the latest chromium version ? https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/download-chromium

Thanks for the feedback. I don't know if I was clear before. The only combination that currently works for me is the one you mentioned (Win 10 64, Chrome 65). All other combinations of browser and OS lead to the situation I described (MacOS or Linux, Chrome or Opera).

Oh. I rode wrong. I will try with opera tomorrow

Working in win 10 + opera for me.

Do you still have the same behaviour problem with another history? Here is mine:

It only works in Win 10 & Chrome for me. Anything else leads to the problem I mentioned.
Using your history in MacOS & Chrome (or Opera) leads to the same thing. Fitness trend excludes today. I don't use Windows out of my work desk. Problem remains in MacOS (or Linux).

I don't have a Mac to debug this. I tried under Ubuntu. No problem.

I had to understand if this problem is comes from you or on all MacOS environnements :/

Just an update (I don't know if that helps pinpointing the issue).
On the same browser and OS, the old(er) version of Stravistix is perfect. Tested in Opera and Chrome for Mac.

Chromium 67 and MacOS - same thing happens. In addition to that, I can't remove this pop-up (buttons not working in this windows).

Now at work so testing in ElementaryOS (Linux) and Opera. Old app works and newer version shows the gap for today's activity (same as in MacOS).
Also, in Chrome I also can't close the window of the newer app that described the use of HRSS now.

Do you have error in console when trying to close it? (F12 for developer console)

@fredcostapinto

Now the window disappeared on its own (I didn't need to click anything) but looking at the console there are countless errors.
Most of these follow the same pattern ("main.4ce7faca592dabd39adb.bundle.js:1 ERROR TypeError: Cannot read property 'hasActivities' of undefined").

Just installed latest Elementary OS on latest Virtualbox 64bit version with latest chrome stable for debian.

(Host still remains Windows pro 64bits)

virtualbox_elementary_02_04_2018_15_52_06

You confirm that newer version has the gap on Elementary OS?

Could you provide me again your latest history backup from a 6.1.0 version? I'll dive in your JS error

Sure, thanks a lot for your efforts. There it goes.

This elementary OS is installed in a virtual machine or native? On a PC or Mac?

It makes me mad !

Now I'm not at my desk to confirm, but I usually prefer to install OS in english (could be wrong in this instance; Win 10 on the same machine is running english and so is my MacOS).

Primary language is English (US) for both Win 10 and ElementaryOS but I do have Portuguese (PT-BR) installed as an option for both. Changing keyboard layouts on the fly here doesn't seem to affect the behavior of Stravistix or the error I pointed out.

Hi guys, just wanna say that i have the same problem running Chrome 65 e Win10 Pro.
I updated the Chrome just now (version 66) and still not working. If i go back to the old app it works fine.

@fredcostapinto

@mkonzen this is the only combination that works for me in one laptop computer (same version of chrome and windows on a different machine does not work). All other combinations do not work (MacOS or Linux, Chrome or Opera). I have been using the older app as you mentioned with no issues (on any combination of OS and browser).

Same problem here!

@mkonzen @franskaf Could you also export me your athlete history? And give me exact version of Chrome and OS (editions, 32/64bit ...).

I really to reproduce it by my own or i will not be able to fix it :/

@fredcostapinto @mkonzen @franskaf Where do you live? Asking that because day jump on graph could come from your timezone and my calculation of dates day by day.

I had the eyes on ! Just caught it !

I checked @mkonzen last ride. Seen that you live in Brazil. Changed my timezone to UTC-3 and got this:

I can now dive on the fix !

Wonderful @thomaschampagne you nailed it! I just tried changing my timezone to central european time and the bug is gone. The only thing that makes me really curious is that in one of my laptops, running windows 10 and chrome, there is no bug (even though it is set to UTC-3 as all others)!
Anyways, thanks a lot and good luck!

Currently working in UTC + 01:00 timezone!! Tnx!!

@fredcostapinto

What puzzles me is, even though I tested it and confirmed that changing from UTC-3 to UTC+1 solved the problem on my machine at home, I still see the app working flawlessly at work in Windows 10 and Chrome (with UTC-3!). Go figure.

Thanks a lot @thomaschampagne it looks like you solved it! I can confirm it works on Chrome for Linux or Windows. Great news!

Bug should be fixed. Could do validate the fix by testing latest generated build from CI here: https://bitbucket.org/thomaschampagne/stravistix-ci-builds/downloads/

Thanks,

Man, you're not gonna believe it... the graph is perfect up to today's date. On the other hand, if I try to check on a preview of tomorrow's stats, it's gone 😆
Serioulsly, I have no idea now what's happening but it skips tomorrow and only shows estimate for the day after tomorrow onwards (and it shows every day correctly, just not tomorrow).
Anyways, this is not as critical I guess, but I feel it's good to let you know.
