Year Extension syncing limited to past 3000 activities

I cleared all my activites and then started syncing all my activites again. This takes a while over a number of attempts over several days due to the limitations as I have over 6400 activities. The graphs show as they should, but it limits this to the past 3000 activities and will not sync activities beyond this. I have cleared and reattempted but still it does not work. Historically I have done this in the past on a number of occassions with no issues. Is there some limitation set now that I can override?
