[FEATURE] User Course Summary

Problem

It's hard to keep track how many courses user have taken, as well as credits in different course catagories (required, elective, gened, etc.)

Proposed Solution

Create a new page that summarizes user's courses (how many courses, how many credits (in different catagories), by aggregating data frrom user's selected courses in course cart.

Concerns

Different users have different course credit requirements. Design a system that supports different curriculums.

If it's difficult to know a user's curriculum requirements, we could also just let the user define their own credit requirements themselves as well as labelling courses to their own types, and we just match the courses and requirements
