There is a problem with the description of some parameters in the document.

Describe the bug

the DAYTIME_SPEEDRATE and NIGHTTIME_SPEEDRATE should be: larger number means shorter days, beacuse is speed in offical document. you can test with a larger night time speed rate (like 5.000000). you can see the night will end soon.

and the COLLECTION_OBJECT_RESPAWN_SPEED_RATE is smaller number means faster the regeneration. beacuse is Interval in office ducment.
