Hi Mr. Jombart, I´m interested in using your model on Covid data from Brazil. Up to Today, the count of infected patients are done mostly by clinical methods, since the tests are almost over. By the end of this week, and the beginning of the next a great amount of tests are arriving (,10 million according to the government ( https://www.correiobraziliense.com.br/app/noticia/brasil/2020/03/22/interna-brasil,835846/brasil-tera-10-milhoes-de-testes-da-covid-19.shtml ), 500 K arrived today (https://noticias.r7.com/economia/receita-libera-500-mil-testes-de-covid-19-em-tempo-recorde-31032020).

The health authorities plan to use that to estimate the number of cases in the country. We wanto to compare to your model results. is it possible to do? We run the app but could not find the line of code to place our data, since de .rds file seams to be a function object. how can we proceed?

Best regards,

Fernando

Large scale testing will likely provide a better idea of prevalence in the population. Otherwise, you should be able to use the model using the deaths reported on e.g. the last week?

We have the data in a csv file, but does not figured out how to input it. All the dependencies as running and we are ploting the default graphs but could´not find a way to use our own data.
